Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–11 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Fluffy Pearl is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
